經(jīng)濟管理學院是2020年底在原商學院和原社會發(fā)展與管理學院基礎上合并成立，培養(yǎng)經(jīng)濟、管理類、法學專業(yè)人才的二級學院。學院是國務院第六屆“全國助殘先進集體”、中宣部第二批全國學雷鋒示范點、教育部第二批“三全育人”綜合改革試點院（系）。

   At the end of 2020, the School of Economics and Management was establisthed on the basis of the former School of Business and School of Social Development and Management by bringing together academic strengths in economics, management and law. The School has been awarded the sixth “National Advanced Collective for the Disabled” by the State Council, the second batch of National Demonstration Site of “Learning from Lei Fei” by the Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee, the second batch of “Three-wide Education”comprehensive reform pilot by the Ministry of Education.

   學院現(xiàn)有在編教職員工92人，其中專任教師73人，現(xiàn)有教授、副教授高級職稱人員33人；博士（含在讀）62人。近年來，學院教師主持、參與國家社科基金項目、國家自然科學基金項目、教育部重點項目等近100項；多名教師分別被評為省高校中青年學科帶頭人、省之江青年學者、湖州市1112人才工程學術技術帶頭人后備人選、“南太湖本土高層次人才特殊支持計劃”、市學術技術帶頭人、校教學名師、教壇新秀、陸增鏞優(yōu)秀教師、省優(yōu)秀黨務工作者、省優(yōu)秀輔導員等。 學院柔性引進5位包括“長江學者”在內的國內知名學者。

      The School currently has 92 faculty and staff members, including 73 full-time faculty, 33 professors and associate professors, and 62 PhDs (including PhD candidates). In recent years, the faculty have led over and participated in the nearly 100 projects sponsored by National Social Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation, Ministry of Education, and etc. Several faculty and staff have been named as the discipline leaders of provincial colleges and universities, provincial “Zhijiang” youth scholars, Huzhou City 1112 talent engineering academic technology leader reserve candidates, “South Taihu local high-level talent special support plan”, academic technology leader of the city, university-level famous teachers, emerging talent in teaching, Lu Zengxuan excellent teachers, provincial outstanding party workers, and provincial excellent counselors. The School flexibly attracts five well-known scholars including “Changjiang Scholars”.

   學院現(xiàn)有國際經(jīng)濟與貿易、電子商務、物流管理、財務管理、金融工程、行政管理、旅游管理、知識產權8個本科專業(yè)。有1個省級重點建設專業(yè)（國際經(jīng)濟與貿易），1個市級重點學科（應用經(jīng)濟學），3個市級重點建設專業(yè)（國際經(jīng)濟與貿易、電子商務、行政管理），1個校級重點學科（工商管理），1個校級重點扶持學科（旅游管理）、3個校級重點專業(yè)（國際經(jīng)濟與貿易、電子商務和公共管理），1個校級特色專業(yè)（財務管理ACCA方向）。學院現(xiàn)有1個專業(yè)國際化項目（國際經(jīng)濟與貿易/國際商務），2門省級在線開放課程和7門校級在線開放課程，1個省級實驗教學示范中心，簽約4個教育部產教協(xié)同育人項目。

      The School has 8 undergraduate majors in international economics and trade, e-commerce, logistics management, financial management, financial engineering, public administration, tourism management, and intellectual property. Among them, there are 1 provincial key construction major (international economy and trade), 1 municipal key discipline (applied economics), 3 municipal key construction majors (international economics and trade, e-commerce, public administration), 1 university-level key discipline (business administration), 1 university-level key support discipline (tourism management), 3 university-level key majors (international economics and trade, e-commerce and public administration), and 1 university-level specialty (financial management ACCA direction). The School has 1 professional internationalization program (International Economics and Trade/International Business), 2 provincial online open courses, 7 university-level online open courses, 1 provincial experimental teaching demonstration center, and 4 co-education projects of Integration of Industry and Education sponsored by the Ministry of Education.

   學院現(xiàn)有旅游文化產業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)基地1個，有國家鄉(xiāng)村旅游扶貧觀測中心（全國唯一）、浙江鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究院（全省唯一）、商科實驗教學省級示范中心、湖州鄉(xiāng)村旅游事業(yè)發(fā)展中心、湖州現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)智庫、湖州旅游標準化技術委員會等國家、省市級學科、科研平臺。有湖州市宣傳文化創(chuàng)新團隊、企業(yè)管理和現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)兩個校級“雙十”重點社會服務團隊，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與轉型研究和企業(yè)管理校級科研創(chuàng)新團隊。有村域經(jīng)濟研究所、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)研究所、管理量化研究所和山地生態(tài)經(jīng)濟研究所、鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究所、小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展研究所等研究機構。 

      The School is accredited as the national, provincial and municipal disciplines, and scientific research platforms, including 1 training base for Tourism and Cultural Industries, the National Rural Tourism Poverty Reduction Observation Center (the only one in the country), Zhejiang Rural Tourism Research Institute (the only one in the province), the Provincial Demonstration Center for Experimental Teaching in Business Science, the Huzhou Rural Tourism Development Center, the Huzhou Modern Services Think Tank, the Huzhou Tourism Standardization Technical Committee and etc. There are Huzhou City Publicity and Cultural Innovation team, two university-level “double ten” key social services teams including Enterprise Management and Modern Service industry, and two university-level scientific research and innovation teams including Regional Economic Development and Transformation research & Enterprise Management. There are several university-level academic institutes affiliated to the School, including Village Economic, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Management Quantitative, Mountain Eco-economy, Rural Tourism, and Small Town Development.

   學院現(xiàn)有在讀學生1356人，38個班級，其中美國、法國、俄羅斯等國留學生126人，4個留學生本科班。

      The School has 1,356 students and 38 classes, including 126 international students from the United States, France, Russia and other countries, and 4 international undergraduate classes.
